At Tallow & Moss Co., every order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the following details about how we ship and handle your orders.

Processing Time

Most purchases are made to order and are typically processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been shipped.


Shipping Rates

  • Orders Over $90 = Free Shipping

Local Pick-Up

If you live nearby and wish to avoid shipping fees, select the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. After your order is placed, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient meet-up or delivery. Please have your order number ready when we connect.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Once shipped, transit times are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit, but we will do our best to help if your package appears to be lost.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our products are made without preservatives or fillers, which means some items may soften or melt during warmer months. If your tallow arrives melted, simply place the jar upright in a cool spot or refrigerator until it firms back up. The quality and benefits remain unchanged. Refunds cannot be issued for texture changes due to heat during shipping.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
